How To Make Oreo Balls

Ingredients:
1 package Oreos
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 package white almond bark
or
1 package chocolate almond bark

Crush Oreos in food processor. Using a hand held mixer mix the cream cheese and the oreos together in a bowl. Roll into walnut sized balls. I use a cookie dough scooper and it works wonderfully! Chill for an hour.
Melt the almond bark. Dip each oreo ball into the melted chocolate-cover completely. I use two spoons in order to dip, cover, and remove the oreo balls. Allow to harden on wax paper.
You can decorate the chocolate covered oreo balls with sprinkles, chocolate drizzle, holly leaves (fondant and red hots)......
Simple as that!

How To Make This Simple Christmas Treat

Ingredients:
Waffle Pretzels
Hershey Kisses
M&M's

Start by preheating your oven to 170 degrees. Meanwhile, spread out the waffle pretzels in a single layer on a baking sheet. You can use the regular mini pretzels if you are having a hard time finding the waffle pretzels. Unwrap the Hershey's kisses and place one kiss on top of each pretzel. You don't have to use the regular kisses, but do not use filled Hershey kisses!
Place the Hershey kiss topped pretzels in the oven for 8 minutes. About 6 minutes if you are using the white chocolate kisses.
Take them out and press an M&M down in the center of the kiss.
Let them set up for a few hours.
Simple as that!

Here's what you'll need:
~Cake Board
~Scrapbook Paper
~Cellophane on a roll
~Scotch Tape
~Clear Packaging Tape
~Scissors
~Glue Gun with Glue Sticks
~Ribbon

1. Start by tracing your cake board onto the back of your scrapbook paper. For a larger cake board you may need to use two sheets of scrapbook paper.
2.Cut out your tracing on the scrapbook paper.
3. Tape the scrapbook paper to the top of your cake board. Scotch tape is fine for this.
4. Wrap the cake board in the cellophane. Use the scotch tape to secure the cellophane to the board. I use the clear packaging take to tape down any plastic that's loose.
5. Hot glue the ribbon around the edges of your cake board.
ENJOY!
Because I do spend time making my cake boards look unique and beautiful I charge a $10 refundable cake board deposit for every cake. This REALLY does help to get my cake boards back. But, if I don't get the board back then I have the $10 to go out and buy another one plus all of the decorating supplies!
